Passing Time

My Dad laments how quickly time passes with age. Once again, he is not wrong. Suddenly, somehow, it is December. This morning, I am in New Mexico. Tomorrow, I will begin the last Photo Adventure of the year. Sitting here quietly, clutching a cup of coffee while reflecting on the year, it does not seem possible a year has passed since I was last here. I am not sure where November went. Or August. Or Spring. This year was another successful, busy year full of photography, learning, traveling, and people. I am grateful. Tomorrow, I will introduce a new group of people to the beauty of Bosque Del Apache National Wildlife Refuge. Together, we will photograph migrating Sandhill Cranes, Snow Geese, other wildlife, and the rugged landscape. As a group, we will enjoy the action, color, tones, and mystique that makes Bosque so special. Such a unique and colorful place is a fitting location to finish the year.
