All around us, every day, is an endless array of details for us to absorb visually. In the course of our day we pass by so many people, places, and things that become familiar to us. So often none of it changes other than the time of day or the conditions. Rarely do we purposefully change our view and that is wrong. Be willing, always, to change your perspective. It can only help.
Ne…w England is full of iconic scenes but, few are more photographed or enjoyed than our many beautiful lighthouses. Marshall Point Lighthouse is an easily accessible, often photographed sentinel along Maine’s storied coast. I have been there many times. Each visit is rewarding but, each visit presents a new challenge of finding a new perspective on a familiar subject. If you are willing to change then so will your results in everything you do.
We continually make the mistake of waiting for everything else to change when, in fact, the easiest thing to change is ourselves. We often remain unwilling to do so. A new perspective is a powerful voice. Speak loudly.
